![]() ![]() I had to remove the power cord from the back of the computer. Yet, if I allowed longer periods of time to elapse between uses, I could not get it out of the 'sleep' mode. However, I was able to 'get online'.Īfter using my computer, if I returned to it for use within 15 minutes or so, I was able to 'arouse it from sleep' with no trouble. "The configuration registry data base is corrupt." The following message then appeared before the computer was completely rebooted and ready for use: "Windows cannot find the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system." Since I don't have a reboot button on my computer, I had to remove the cord from the rear of the compter to shut it down.Īfter waiting a minute or so, I replugged the cord and turned on the computer. Yesterday, after using it early in the morning, when I returned to use it later in the day, I was unable to get it out of the 'sleep' mode. I allow my computer to remain 'on' at all times. ![]()
